This is truly scary. I was going through our catalog of braille, audio and large print material at work the other day, looking to see what was available from one of my favorite narrators from years gone by. So I entered his name into the search engine. The first book it came up with was something called "The Donkey Sat Down". Clearly it's a book for very young children. But what scared me is that I remembered reading the book when I was very young! I mean, I don't remember anything about it, but I remember the title and I remember that it was, indeed, read by this particular narrator. And I'm not just making this up. We're talking the mid-seventies here, we're talking about a kid in grade one in all likelihood, and I remember this title. Weirdness!
