The cab that took me to work was one of those hybrid vehicles. They never cease to amaze me with their quietness.
So here we are, it's not even 7:30 yet, work doesn't start until 8:30. Kind of a neat feeling, all this time on my hands. On my own, I'm currently reading Very Good Jeeves by P.G. Wodehouse. I'm also going to be starting on Carry On, Jeeves by Ditto, which I can read in braille. It'll be another late night tonight.
Hmmm, anything else. The Bombers still suck. I've not been paying a lot of attention to them over the past few months. Whatever else may change in my life or unchange, I think my love affair with Canadian football may well be nearing its end.
I'm having a great time being a JAWS beta tester, but of course I can't say anything about that, so I won't, except to say that this is something I've wanted to do for years, and now I finally get the opportunity. Remind me to tell you about the royal runaround I got someday. For those among you with blindness loss, JAWS is the screen reader I use to navigate my computer.
And so ends this LJ update. Take care, everyone!
